In the present scenario crop residue management is one of main agriculture problem across nation especially northern plains where paddy wheat most following cycle. The smog coming out burning not only causes air pollution, lowers soil carbon percent ,reduce fertility, nutrients in and many health hazards to human animal health. situation more worsen with pandemic on way by causing lots respiratory problems lung infections. proper use has become a issue northwestern Indian states, no choice farmers preferring burn remains. Maintenance rice residues important because it contains plant can improve soil-plant-climate persistence after decomposition. biomass when pollutes environment but also deprives essential nutrients. blames are imposed farmer that- why? They stubble farm spite other options for managing. But they willingly or helplessness? A study reason behind this. this article we going discuss all these reasons which forcing their residue.
